My practice is grounded in building a safe, non-judgmental and empathic space to work with you in accomplishing your goals.

Using evidence-based practices, I work with adults dealing with issues related to post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and other emotional and psychological difficulties. I use different approaches including cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive processing therapy and mindfulness, all while working from a strengths-based, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed perspective.

I believe that it is important for you to feel like we are a good match. For this reason, I encourage you to contact me if you are considering psychotherapy, and we can schedule a free initial consultation. At this time, you can tell me a bit about yourself and what you are looking for in a therapist, and ask me questions regarding my work and your treatment.
